Marketing has become ridiculously complicated in recent years.
30 years ago we only had to worry about being seen in magazines or at events.
Now we have an entire hybrid of media to deal with. We have forward facing media like Facebook, Instagram and Google in one corner, Television in the middle, and Magazines, Events and Tradeshows in the rear corner.
The trouble for the amateur marketer is that the balance of power is constantly shifting – mainly towards the Internet and more recently Social Media.
But it’s tricky.
